Order on-line using all popular credit cards:
Purchase Orders are always welcome. You can complete your order on-line, then select school/institution. Complete the information requested, and we will confirm receipt when we receive it. If you would prefer to fax your order, just complete your order on-line, then select fax instead. Your order will then be ready to fax from your computer, or print and run through your fax machine. Our fax number is 530-222-5357. We can also accept your check. Again, you can complete your order on-line, then select By Postal Mail instead. Or just print the order off the screen. Either way, just mail with your check to School Tools, 1976 Trumpet Dr, Redding, CA 96003.
We gladly accept phone orders. Our knowledgeable store personal are just a phone call away. Just call (530) 221-0902 anytime during our normal store hours (remember we are in California). Shipping and handling charges are billed at actual cost. If we have all your items in stock, we typically ship within two business days. If for any reason shipment of your order will be delayed, we will notify you by phone or email - so please make sure the email address you provide us is correct. If we do not have all items in stock, we will ask you whether you prefer multiple deliveries, or would prefer we hold all items until the complete order can ship. Orders will not ship until credit card approval is obtained, typically within minutes. Incorrect credit card numbers, invalid credit cards numbers, etc. may cause delays in delivery of an order. State sales tax of 7.25% will be added to the sales price for California residents. If you are dissatisfied with any product you have purchased through School-Tools.com, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. When returning an item, all parts, pieces and printed materials must be in their original and resalable condition. Only damaged or incorrectly shipped items are eligible for a shipping refund, otherwise all shipping charges are nonrefundable. When returning an item, please call, or email returns@school-tools.com to obtain a return authorization number. Please include this return authorization number with the returned item(s). Upon receipt of the returned item(s) you will be shipped the exchange item or a refund. School-Tools.com is committed to protecting the privacy of those who visit/use our site. We will not share or sell your personal information with anyone unless required by law. We may add your email address to our customer-only notification list, but every email we send to you using that list will have removal instructions prominently displayed at the bottom of the message. School-Tools.com's shopping cart system uses secure servers that utilize the industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. SSL is state of the industry technology that allows for a secure and safe purchase transaction. We also take appropriate steps to protect your personal information in our possession. Whenever you provide sensitive information (for example, a credit card number), we retrieve it from the shopping cart system using full SSL encryption, process it for payment, and DELETE it off the shopping cart system as soon as possible.
